- Rotate
- Left Button + drag
- Zoom
- Shift + Left Button + drag up/down
- Center
- Left Button click an atom (press "Center Scene" if stuck)
- Drag
- Ctrl + Right Button + drag
2D Drawing Controls (JSME)
- Draw a bond
- Click & drag on the canvas
- Select element
- Use the toolbar buttons (C, N, O, …)
- Erase
- Press Del or click the eraser tool
- Get SMILES
- Right-click the canvas → "Copy SMILES"
- Move structure
- Drag on empty canvas area
- Rotate structure
- Shift + drag on empty canvas
Tip: Switch to 3D View to see the molecule in 3D!
